Shaper Capital’s annual AI in Healthcare Summit brings together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers driving the future of AI in healthcare for a dynamic day of discussion, insight-sharing, and meaningful networking.

how we work with Shaper Capital.

  • venue & vendor coordination: For our second year working with Shaper Capital, cred owned all coordination with the event venue to ensure every detail came together seamlessly. We liaised directly with the venue and all key vendors—managing timelines, logistics, and onsite execution. From AV to registration to catering to furniture rentals,décor and swag, we oversaw every moving part to deliver a polished event experience for attendees.

  • hotel block management: Our team managed the hotel room block across multiple hotels for attendees, overseeing all reservations to ensure a smooth and streamlined experience. We closely tracked pickup and attrition throughout the booking period, proactively adjusting as needed to stay within contract terms, and communicated with the Shaper Capital team to provide clear visibility into rooming status.

  • design assets: We oversaw the development and execution of all event design assets in collaboration with our design agency partner. We provided all necessary specs, content, and requirements for event items such as the agenda, name badges, printed and digital signage, programs, and stage design. Part of our process is to thoroughly review each piece for accuracy and aesthetic before final approval and production. We also sourced and coordinated with trusted print and production vendors to ensure everything was delivered on time to The St. Regis.

  • emcee prep and moderator coaching: We worked with Shaper Capital’s emcees and panel moderators to ensure impactful messaging and panel conversations. We developed custom training guides with best practices for maximum engagement and conducted live training and coaching sessions with feedback for optimal onstage execution.

  • project management: Throughout the planning process, we led end-to-end project management in close partnership with the Shaper Capital team, aligning through collaborative weekly syncs, slack messaging, and regular weekly update emails. We built and maintained a detailed workback schedule, managed budget updates with all vendor payments and deliverable deadlines, and developed a comprehensive run of show for the day of the event. Post-event, we facilitated a collaborative debrief to share feedback and key takeaways from both the planning phase and onsite execution, along with recommendations for future events.

  • onsite management: We loved being onsite at The St. Regis with the Shaper Capital team! Alongside about 20 internal team members from Shaper Capital and their event co-hosts, Protege and Fractional, we worked together to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. The cred team managed attendee and speaker check-in, volunteer planning, show-called each panel, and coordinated all vendor load-in and load-out.
