In collaboration with Rippling’s Channel team, cred helps them source, negotiate, and coordinate sponsorship opportunities. We handle outreach and negotiation of sponsorship packages and booth coordination and logistics—including booth layout, booth-related purchases including swag, collateral, backdrop, furniture, electrical, and shipping to and from the event. We keep track of all deadlines leading up to the event, ensuring the Rippling team is registered, has their travel booked, and their booth is ready to go. Right before each event, we’ll host a prep call to ensure the team is all set.

Services executed include: 

• Sponsorship Package & Contract Negotiation: Working with the event organizer to negotiate and secure the optimal sponsorship package for Rippling’s budget and event goals.

• Budget Management: Managing Rippling’s budget dedicated to each event opportunity to ensure that expenditures such as swag items, giveaways, shipping, and booth costs align with anticipated event expenditures.

• Vendor Management, Coordination, & Logistics: Liaising with all sponsorship vendors to facilitate action items ranging from design needs to gift delivery.

• Post-Event Sponsorship Assessment: Ensuring final delivery of all sponsorship package materials including event and booth traffic metrics and attendee information. Reviewing these materials to assess the value of the sponsorship package.

• Company-Hosted Event Planning: Working with the Rippling team, event organizers, and vendors to create Rippling-hosted, curated, experiential events.
