  • Everyone will receive a $XX stipend in your paycheck prior to the trip to cover checked bags fees (if desired) & meals while traveling

  • cred will reimburse for wifi on your flights if you choose to work. Please use a cred card or submit for reimbursement in Gusto

  • Please set a “Slow to respond” message to your cred email while we are away at the offsite (Template Guide). While the goal is to come together, this is still technically a work week. Please get ahead on work as much as possible so we can enjoy time together in Austin. That said, the expectation is that you are still checking email and working as necessary to ensure we are on top of client work and any deadlines. Dead week is intended to help us go heads down to get stuff done right before and after!

  • Use this Uber voucher link to cover transportation for the following. Check who else is landing around your time, we encourage folks to carpool when possible:

    • Transportation to and from airports: Home to local airport and back & Austin airport to hotel and back 

    • Any transportation while at the offsite (to/from dinners, activities, etc.)

    • Please tip no more than $5 on your Ubers to we can stay within budget

  • We encourage you to pack a water bottle. The venue has cups and filtered water but other days and more eco-friendly
