The cred events team works with LiveRamp throughout the year on RampUp speaker​ management​ and agenda curation. LiveRamp’s flagship conference RampUp San Francisco came to a successful close in early March 2020. From there, popular and relevant sessions from th​e​ event are incorporated into the RampUp on the Road series, bringing premier martech content to regional audiences across the country and the globe. However to combat the impact of COVID-19, the Roadshow series was shifted to a contactless approach of virtual events.

For the Roadshow’s first virtual endeavour, LiveRamp hosted the RampUp: Virtual Political Summit on May 13. This event brought together 150+ attendees for a day packed with eight informative sessions varying from presentations to panels. 21 speakers from both sides of the aisle came together to focus on themes like opt-in, advertising avoidance, authenticity, targeted TV, reliance on voter files and more. With not only the global pandemic top of mind, but also the upcoming Presidential Election, this event was saturated with intrigue.

​On June 10​, LiveRamp hosted it's second 2020 virtual conference, The RampUp Virtual Marketing Summit. 14 sessions focused on delivering value to clients, measuring the right thing at various points in the process, and accepting that sometimes you need to abandon current work if it doesn't fit into today's climate. These unprecedented times are causing brands to be more aware than ever of the messages they're portraying, and how customers and the general public could react.

And last but certainly not least for this calendar year - we combined international and virtual like never before from September 28-October 1 when we worked to bring the RampUp Worldwide Virtual Summit to life. For this event, we were lucky enough to work with 160+ speakers from 10 countries speaking 7 different languages and spanning several time zones. Some of today's most relevant and household name brands ​both ​spoke and attended the conference​. ​It was a wonderful challenge that yielded great success. ​It also provided the opportunity for us to become experts in another webinar platform - On24!​ ​
