event goals.
The goal of SaaStr’s digital events and podcasts is to continue the sharing of tactical scaling knowledge from the best and most prominent leaders in B2B SaaS throughout the year. Their digital events and podcasts allow global attendees to enjoy live content regardless of if they can attend an in-person event. These events also provide an opportunity to deep dive into timely topics and specific attendee focus groups. Each digital event contributes to the community learning, engagement, and mentorship for which SaaStr is known.
how we work with SaaStr.
Speaker Management and Recruitment: cred collaborates with SaaStr to recruit the most established and notable speakers in the SaaS ecosystem to present digitally. The team helps assist in content ideation, digital event logistics, and speaker coordination. We ensure that all speakers are well-established thought leaders from a diverse range of demographics and backgrounds and enforce SaaStr’s industry-leading content guidelines and inclusion standards. We provide detailed communication services for every speaker through calendar invites, speaker briefs, emails, and prep webinars.
Content Management: SaaStr is known for having carefully crafted sessions, vetted for applicable takeaways that help attendees learn and grow. We work closely with each speaker and their team to ensure that all content follows conference guidelines, meets necessary deadlines, and is meaningful and actionable.
Digital Event Technology Setup and Coordination: We handle all the digital event technology administration and setup required for a live, interactive Zoom session and livestreaming across YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. We conduct all speaker tech checks and required prep for slide screen sharing and audience Q&A.
Onsite Management: On the day of each digital event, we act as session administrators and moderators. We first ensure all “backstage” tech is deployed correctly. As a session host, we welcome attendees, handle housekeeping announcements and introduce speakers with a short quick fire Q&A. During each live session, we monitor livestreaming and collect incoming questions from attendees. We then act as a moderator queuing up the most relevant questions and facilitating attendees to ask their questions live.
