event goals.
The goal of the SafeGraph: World of DaaS Summit 2025 was to gather a highly curated group of founders, operators, and executives building and scaling Data-as-a-Service companies for a full day of tactical discussions, peer-to-peer learning, and high-value networking.
how we work with World of DaaS.
venue & vendor coordination. We partnered closely with the World of DaaS team to manage all venue and vendor coordination, ensuring a seamless experience from initial planning to onsite execution. This included overseeing catering, furniture setup, and event logistics for both the Watergate Hotel and Eisenhower Executive Office Building at the White House. Our team made sure to align on all moving parts to support both the main summit and ancillary experiences like private dinners.
food & beverage strategy. We led all food and beverage planning across the summit and associated private dinners, including menu curation, dietary accommodations, and final guest counts. Our team worked directly with the Watergate to make thoughtful selections that complemented the flow of the day.
AV & production management. We managed all audiovisual needs through the venue’s in-house provider, ensuring alignment with the event’s programming requirements. This included coordinating microphones, staging, presentation formats, and supporting a smooth transition between mainstage content and breakout sessions.
programming & breakout session design. To support the summit’s emphasis on actionable conversation, we helped shape the breakout experience by curating CEO-level discussion questions and collaborating with stakeholders for alignment. We also designed the layout and flow of breakout sessions during lunch and the afternoon, ensuring each session was optimized for engagement and functionality within the space.
design coordination. We developed a comprehensive list of all printed and digital event assets and partnered with a design team to bring the event’s visual identity to life. This included the agenda, name badges, signage, and materials for both the main summit and private dinners. We managed feedback cycles with the WoD team and ensured all assets were accurate, on brand, and production-ready.
project management. We led end-to-end project management across a multi-month planning timeline. Through biweekly and weekly touchpoints, we maintained alignment on priorities, tracked progress against deadlines, and ensured clear communication across all workstreams. Post-event, we delivered a detailed recap including onsite observations and recommendations for future events.
onsite management. On the day of the event, we managed registration at the Watergate Hotel and EEOB, facilitated attendee flow at both spaces, and oversaw all breakout and main session transitions. We also coordinated security parameters and access protocols at the EEOB to ensure seamless guest entry and compliance with all venue requirements. We acted as the primary liaison between the Watergate Hotel, F&B team, and external vendors to ensure a smooth execution of the run of show.
