At cred, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are. Through credService, our internal initiative focused on community impact, we’re proud to create meaningful opportunities for employees to come together, support important causes, and make a difference where it matters most. As we reflect on H1 2025, we’re inspired by the generosity, creativity, and spirit of service our team brought to each initiative.
We kicked off the year with a heartfelt project supporting Girls Love Mail, a nonprofit that delivers handwritten letters of encouragement to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Our team set aside time during the workday to gather on Zoom and write letters together, creating a shared space of kindness and connection. Many team members opened up and shared personal stories of how their lives have been touched by cancer, making the experience even more meaningful and moving. It was a powerful reminder that small gestures, when shared as a community, can have a deep and lasting impact.
In Q2, we launched our first-ever cred Impact Week. This week of service gave employees new ways to get involved, including a friendly company-wide Bingo game that brought out the best in our team. Participants completed a bingo card filled with a new theme everyday that encouraged kind gestures, volunteer opportunities, and community-focused actions. The winner received a $50 prize, and credService made a $100 donation to a charity of their choice. The winner chose for the donation to go to The SF LGBT Center, an organization dedicated to connecting the LGBTQ+ community in San Francisco to opportunities, resources, and each other. It was incredible to see so many colleagues join in, support one another, and make a collective impact in such fun and meaningful ways.
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, we’re excited to build on this momentum. credService will continue to create space for employees to step up, give back, and strengthen our connections with the communities around us. Whether it’s through hands-on volunteer work, team-driven initiatives, or new partnerships with nonprofit organizations, we’re committed to making a positive impact — together.
