Coming off 2 recent acquisitions, this was HG Insights first time sponsoring Dreamforce to demonstrate their new expanded offering to technology buyers. They invested in a standard booth in the exhibition hall, and did a full restaurant buy out across the street from Moscone to have a private space where they could drive booth traffic for meetings, prizes, and continued discussion.


how we work with HG Insights.

  • venue & vendor coordination: cred owned all coordination with the event venue to ensure every detail came together seamlessly. We liaised directly with the restaurant to organize all F&B and happy hour components over 2 days and all key vendors which included—AV, photographer & videographer, signage and design, massage, and custom leather activations

  • sponsorship/booth management: cred managed all deadlines and information via the Dreamforce sponsor portal to ensure items were ordered, proper protocol was followed, staff was registered.We also disseminated all tips and recommendations  to ensure both the Client and staff onsite aware of any critical information that needed to be shared.

  • sales enablement: HG Insights used a live booking app where they could book meetings onsite seamlessly, so ensuring both the booth and restaurant were staffed and every individual was equipped with the right information was key to the event’s success. We created personalized itineraries for all staff which included their schedule, links to trainings and collateral, their dress code, and common FAQs. A KBYG call was also held for all staff to review information and give an opportunity to ask questions in advance. Daily morning briefings and a WhatsApp group chat with prompts and reminders also helped keep everyone focused and on track.

  • panel coordination: In partnership with CMO Huddles, we helped organize prep calls and briefing docs to ensure the panel was prepared and delivered high value content to prospects and members of the HG Insights Community that attended. 

  • project management: For this project, we provided critical support during the final phase of the project to ensure a successful event delivery. We built and maintained a detailed workback schedule for the final 30 day sprint, managed budget updates, sponsor deliverable deadlines, and a comprehensive run of show for the 3 days of the event. Post-event, we facilitated a collaborative debrief by compiling an Executive summary based on onsite feedback and key takeaways (we prompted onsite staff to share these in our group chat daily), along with recommendations for future events.

  • onsite management: This was our first Dreamforce onsite as an official partner/sponsor! Alongside about 20 internal team members from the HG Insights team, we ensured the event was a high value ROI for the sales team and targets. The cred team managed attendee check-in at the restaurant, onsite customer meeting scheduling, prize giveaways, F&B fulfillment, panel coordination, and all vendor load-in and load-out.
