event goals.

The goal of SaaStr Europa is to bring together 3,000 SaaS founders, VCs, and execs! The 2-day event includes 100+ workshops and sessions, 1000+ braindates and mentorship sessions, and 400+ VCs.

how we work with SaaStr.

  • Speaker Management and Recruitment: For SaaStr Europa, like all our SaaStr events, we work on ideation, recruitment, and management of all speakers- always focused on bringing the most well-respected and notable SaaS founders, thought leaders, and investors to the stage. We also work to ensure that all speaker lineups have 50/50 gender representation. We provide a white glove communications service for every speaker through detailed calendar management, newsletters, speaker briefs, emails, and webinars.

  • Agenda Creation and Management: We build event agendas in collaboration with the SaaStr team. Our agenda for SaaStr Europa included five tracks of speakers over two days, which we managed diligently for months leading up to the event. We aim to feature tactical topics that are timely and data driven but also evergreen for years to come.

  • Content Management: SaaStr is known for their high caliber content. We work with each speaker and their team to make each session as tactical as possible and rigorously vet topics and abstracts. We perform at least two slide reviews on every session to ensure content delivers to the expectations of the SaaStr community.

  • AV and Run-of-Show Coordination: We are very hands on with our AV teams to make sure the day runs smoothly. We meet with AV teams on a weekly basis prior to the event and build out the run-of-show with all stage requirements, furniture needs, slide decks, videos, voice of gods, interstitials, and live stream information. When we are onsite we test each of these components on every stage, for every session, to make sure that everything is perfect for show time. There is no detail too small!

  • Sponsor Speaker Management: We collaborate with event sponsors to ensure that all sponsored content sessions meet the SaaStr’s content standards and that they’re speakers have a seamless experience.

  • Braindate Management: SaaStr utilizes a platform called Braindate for curated networking based on topics of interest. The cred team manages all content on the platform, moderating hundreds of sessions to ensure all content guidelines are upheld.

  • Onsite Management: Our team got to enjoy the onsite experience in London! We welcomed each speaker in our green room, provided swag, and escorted them to their stage. We also managed registration at our pre-event speaker dinner at Il Bacino. We prepped each speaker on what the onstage experience would be, and offered optional dress rehearsals. We worked closely with AV and security to make sure each session runs seamlessly.
