Tatari is building the infrastructure to modernize TV advertising for Brands, Agencies, and Publishers. Their technology helps to connect supply and demand partners to give them more control and automation over their ads. Clients include Made In, Daily Harvest, Wpromote, and Fubo.

In 2020, cred was brought on to assist Tatari in delivering an annual conference to showcase their client success stories, share their product innovations, and bring thought leaders together. To date, we’ve coordinated two Forward conferences: one in New York City and the most recent in Los Angeles, to immerse attendees in the future of television advertising.

The goal of Forward is to bring together a group of 200+ companies to explore the future landscape of TV advertising, share groundbreaking insights, and inspire transformative ideas that will shape the industry's evolution.


how we work with Tatari.

  • Venue Research: cred works to source the trendiest venues in Los Angeles to host Forward and bring it to life. Our team presents the top venue choices in the desired area to help the Tatari marketing team narrow down which venue will compliment their vision the best and fulfills their event needs. These presentations include venue specs such as maximum capacity, floor plan layouts, and overall pricing breakdowns.

  • Venue Contracting: Once the perfect venue is selected, we work with the venue event management team to book the location and date. cred works closely with the Tatari marketing and venue teams to ensure that the contract covers all their needs.

  • Vendor Coordination: We then bring together the many moving parts and vendors required for a memorable experience for Forward attendees.

  • Catering: Arguably one of the most memorable aspects of an event, having great food is a must – especially in LA. Tatari’s team challenged us to work with both the venue’s catering offering while also incorporating the best of LA’s trendy food scene. Following the most popular trends in the market, we incorporated donuts from Sidecar Donuts and coffee from La La Land Coffee- both known to have lines out the door and require a long wait time. So two options that we knew would delight local attendees.

  • AV: In the world of TV advertising, visuals matter. Tatari’s team asked us to work very closely with the in-house AV team at the venue to ensure that Tatari’s vision for the future of TV advertising is delivered to attendees through a 18-foot wide and 6-foot tall LED screen. We also work to ensure that the AV has all required materials such as speaker slide decks, speaker hype videos, and correct stage setup plans.

  • Registration: Tatari’s team asked us to deliver a seamless attendee check-in experience that quickly tracked attendance and directed speakers & VIPs to specific areas. We collaborated closely with the Tatari marketing team to use internal team members to record attendance in their hubspot CRM, attendee badges and lanyards, and direct the experience for almost 200 attendees.

  • Keynote Sourcing and Coordination: One of the most fun parts of working on events! Our team first hones in on what exactly Tatari wants in a keynote speaker, whether that be a charismatic person, a founder/C-level speaker, or a celebrity. With that criteria, we create a shortlist of potential options with our speaker bureau partners and then oversee the full contracting process between Tatari and their selected keynote. Throughout the planning process, we ensure all contractual elements are met and speakers are prepared for the event. Onsite, we serve as the day-of contact and ensure all keynote requests are met and everyone makes it to the stage on time. This year, we were thrilled to help secure Robert Herjavec of Shark Tank to share his key learnings from years of business and TV advertising experience.

  • Onsite Management: Our team places a great emphasis on keeping all of the moving parts of an event organized so our client can focus on interacting with attendees and prepping with speakers. For Tatari Forward, cred develops and executes a detailed run of show. We work to coordinate all venue setup and onsite activations including coffee from LA hotspot La La Land and donuts from Sidecar Donuts to add to the attendee experience. We also manage the registration process, ensure AV is ready to go, and check in with catering throughout the day.
