This year, we’re celebrating a major milestone, cred’s 10th anniversary! To mark the occasion, we brought all of our employees together in San Francisco, the city where cred was founded, for a few unforgettable days of connection, reflection, and celebration.
Today we’re recapping everything we did to celebrate our tenth credBirthday!
Day 1: Coworking, Collaboration, and Team Dinners
On the first day, employees from across the country flew into San Francisco, joining our local employees at a coworking space in the city. Our goals for the trip were simple:
Spend quality time together in person
Get outside and enjoy San Francisco
Focus on coworking and collaborating IRL
Celebrate the past 10 years of cred!
We spent the day holding team meetings, working side-by-side, and catching up with colleagues we usually only see over Zoom. It was a refreshing reminder of the energy that comes from being together.
Everyone received a special welcome gift, including:
A custom "cred10" candle from a small business
A custom "cred10" t-shirt
A personalized note of appreciation
That evening, each team chose a spot in the city for team dinners — the perfect way to bond, share stories, and strengthen our connections.
Day 2: credQuarterly and a Celebration
We kicked off day two by gathering again at the coworking space for a special in-person edition of our credQuarterly meeting. We reflected on our goals, shared highlights of what we’ve accomplished so far this year, and set our sights on what’s ahead for Q2 and beyond.
Our Founder and CEO, Caitlin Bartley, surprised us with a video highlighting cred’s journey over the past 10 years, filled with fun facts, milestones, and memorable moments. Here are some of the highlights:

2,052 hours of clients on stage
But beyond the stats, the memories, the wins, the pivots, and the shared pride, stood out most. To close the day, we gathered for a sweet mini celebration with sparkling cider and cake.
Later that evening, we gathered for a happy hour in the hotel lobby before heading to a celebratory family-style dinner at Park Tavern. We closed the night with a special toast honoring Caitlin and everything she has built over the past decade.
Wrapping Up: Cheers to the Next Chapter
As Friday morning arrived and suitcases rolled out of the hotel lobby, one thing was clear: we were leaving San Francisco more connected, inspired, and excited than ever. The past 10 years were just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together in the next chapter.
