Ten years ago, I wrote our first blog post with a simple, but bold, idea: that speakers—knowledgeable, passionate, and insightful people—deserve stages where they can shine. By helping companies find and tell their stories through events, we could drive real business outcomes and shape industry conversations.
We started with a laser focus.
Since 2015, we’ve built the team person by person—intentionally small, but mighty, to keep that family feel. We’ve grown into a company that’s touched nearly 25,000 events (researched, vetted, organized, and/or confirmed), helped produce over 500 events, and built a team of talented, passionate professionals who show up every day with creativity and care. This growth didn’t happen overnight, and it certainly didn’t happen alone.
We’ve learned a lot along the way.
Not every client is a fit. Saying “no” is just as powerful as saying “yes.” People are everything in a service business. Being human, showing up authentically and transparently, and even stepping back sometimes, makes you a stronger leader.
There’s no playbook for building a business.
However, there is purpose. I’m proud that our “why” has stayed consistent all these years: to bring voices that matter to stages that count. To help leaders build credibility, drive visibility, and grow with intention.
Our name says it all: cred—the quality of being trusted or believed in. Ten years later, that’s still the standard we hold ourselves to. It’s been the thread through every speaker we place, every event we support, every relationship we build. And we’ve certainly made a reputation around it.
To our team (all credians past and present!)—thank you for believing in this mission and helping shape our culture with so much heart.
To our clients—thank you for trusting us to elevate your voices and share your stories.
To our partners and friends—thank you for being part of the journey.
Here's to the next decade of doing what we do best: creating event impact and helping thought leaders lead out loud.
best,
