We started cred with a mission of building thought leaders through events. To date, we have confirmed more than 4,500+ speaking opportunities and helped host more than 150 events for clients all over the world. It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come—as a team under 30—to achieving that mission, and so much more.
Like every business, we’ve had our ups and downs. Looking back at the past 7 years, a few things I’ve learned along the way:

In between organizing events and securing speaking opportunities for our clients, here at cred, we always make sure to have fun and find new ways to give back to the community. While we are only four months into the year, two of our teams—Culture Club and credService—have been busy putting together activities for our credians to enjoy. To start things off, we'd like to say thank you to those of you who made 2021 everything it was. Our team believes in one another and the impact of thought leadership through speaking and events, but it’s an even more incredible feeling knowing our clients also value the work we do and believe in us too. 2021 was full of many wins, fighting hardships, and more emerging trends for the event industry. Closing out 2021, we are excited to announce our small but mighty team has now grown to a total of 24 credians taking the world of events by storm. cred’s Fall Festivities 2021: Culture Club Recap
At cred, our Culture Club pulls together monthly events and activities to help keep our team together, even when we are miles apart. Throughout October, Culture Club hosted activities both in the office and virtually. Since the pandemic, our team has shifted to promote the hybrid era and our team is now spread across 6 states, so we’ve made it a goal to continue offering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
