cred hosted its second annual Wellness Week last week, packed with both individual and team-wide activities to help promote personal wellness. While last year’s Wellness Week included in-office face masks and dancing, this year’s climate meant virtual classes and connecting digitally. With the major shift in our daily routines the past three months, this week served as a reminder to practice self-care and check-in with ourselves at home.

Bowery Capital Events are Back (and Virtual!): The Bowery Capital Marketing Summit
Times have changed and our clients have adapted with the help of cred’s event management team. Last week, our team completed Bowery Capital’s first virtual event: the 2020 Marketing Summit. After the initial plans for an in-person event to be held in New York had to be scrapped, we shifted gears into virtual-mode and got to work reimagining what these long-running events would look like online.
The hard work more than paid off last week when the Bowery Capital Marketing Summit kicked off on Zoom with a dozen expert marketers broadcasting to nearly 200 registrants—the largest a Bowery Capital event has ever seen.
Virtual SaaS: SaaStock Remote 2020
In mid-March, when it became clear that live events were no longer happening due to the COVID-19 outbreak, event organizers had to think fast. SaaStock buckled up and decided to host their event virtually—a tall order, to switch gears from live to virtual in less than three months, but they did so graciously.
They felt that speaking to the SaaS community and staying connected in an accessible and safe environment was more important than ever, and brought the community together virtually.
Speaking 101: Leveraging Apps to Promote Individual Wellbeing
cred is celebrating its second annual Wellness Week. From homemade smoothies, to virtual workouts, meditation classes, there are many possibilities to make sure you are investing in your individual wellbeing. Outside of the workplace, many of us are practicing wellness from the comfort of our own homes—and our own phones. We’ve put together a list of apps that have helped us exercise wellness in varying areas of our lives.
RampUp: Virtual Marketing Summit: Improving the World of Consumers
On June 10, the RampUp: Virtual Marketing Summit drew more than 3,000 registrants, and for good reason: never has there been a more appropriate time for marketers to ensure customers and their needs are being met. Hosted by LiveRamp, the Marketing Summit was the second virtual conference hosted on the On24 platform, the first being RampUp: Virtual Political Summit last month. Check out our recap!
Are We Building Products That Are Ruining the World?
For the sixth installment of our credWebinar series, we explored the intersection of ethics and technology, and what that means for the products we’re building. To further shed light on this quandary, Carey Jenkins, the CEO of Substantial, broke down five steps to help us focus on ethically built products.
Going Remote: Effective Remote Hiring & On-Boarding
For our fifth credWebinar, we’re tackling a timely subject—hiring during COVID-19. To help us understand more about how to hire effectively during this time, we brought in Vivek Ravisankar, the CEO & Founder of HackerRank, Wayne Huang, the Head of Engineering at Tophatter, and Erika Thorson-Garay, the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at LiveRamp to tackle this subject.
