As 2019 draws to a close, we’re busy with goal-setting, planning, and putting strategies in place that will position us for a successful 2020. What’s one of our favorite areas of focus? People. And we know we’re not alone in using this time to research the latest HR tech, reviewing our onboarding process, hosting book clubs on company culture, and reading up on ways to foster employee wellbeing.
