Our event management team rounded out Q4 with 10 events total, making it 30 events under our belt for the year. We had the pleasure of working with a few long-time clients over the past few months, to put a new spin on their event visions.
We also enjoyed creating experiences with new clients, who made up half of this quarter’s events—among them are Tatari, Sapphire, and Unbabel (though, they’ve been a partner on the Speaker side of our business for two years).
To start things off, we'd like to say thank you to those of you who made 2021 everything it was. Our team believes in one another and the impact of thought leadership through speaking and events, but it’s an even more incredible feeling knowing our clients also value the work we do and believe in us too. 2021 was full of many wins, fighting hardships, and more emerging trends for the event industry. Here’s some of our top highlights.
Closing out 2021, we are excited to announce our small but mighty team has now grown to a total of 24 credians taking the world of events by storm. Transition breaks: those five, ten, or 15-minute windows between sessions that would normally be reserved for walking from room to room in the event venue. In the virtual world, however, these breaks are now open space to fill for attendees tuning in from home. There is always something special about a new client’s first event—and Sapphire Ventures was no exception! We were thrilled to help coordinate the Sapphire Vision Summit, which took place on November 4. Previously known as the CIO Summit, this was the seventh year the conference took place. The cred team helped bring the vision of this redesigned Summit to life, branching out from the previous main audience of CIOs from global 2000s, to now bringing together CHROs, additional CXOs, and startup CEOs.
We ended October on a high note bringing LangOps Universe 2021 to the virtual stage with Unbabel, a client on the speaker management side. Nearly 400 attendees around the globe tuned in on October 27-28 from Portugal, the U.S., Spain, Germany, Suriname, Brazil, France, and more to learn how to grow their organizations globally through language, embracing translation, and improving customer experiences.
